You will report into the Medical Head Neuroscience, with coverage of NSW and QLD.
About the Role
- Quickly establish relationships and educate medical experts on Novartis products
- Develop strategic plans to align development activities effectively
- Provide healthcare professionals with scientific information and product updates
- Support investigational sites and collaborate across departments to facilitate Phase I-IV clinical programs
- Assist in setting up and executing Novartis-sponsored local clinical studies
- Educate medical professionals and investigators on emerging scientific data
- Attend medical meetings, analyse customer feedback, and share competitive insights internally and externally.
What you will bring to this role and to Novartis:
- Preferably hold a relevant qualification like a PhD, PharmD or medical degree
- Knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research in neuroscience • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships as an MSL
- Strong analytical skills combined with integrity and customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to field-based work environments.
